The hotel was super clean and had an awesome pool area. I appreciated the valet parking—it was always quick. Local shops and restaurants were just a short walk away. My experience at the front desk was great. Angelica went out of her way to help me out with my lost phone. She was genuinely caring while handling multiple customers.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel is close to lots of attractions, including Harriet Himmel Theater and CityPlace. The rooms are spacious and clean, perfect for our group. We loved the complimentary breakfast and enjoyed unwinding at the pool. Definitely check out the Cheesecake Factory nearby!

Unfortunately, after a car accident caused by the valet, my weekend getaway turned into a stressful ordeal, leaving us with a non-drivable vehicle and poor customer service follow-up.
